Double charging - no help from FNB

Dear HelloPeter,
I would like you assistance on a urgent matter.
I took up the Smart device offer from FNB to purchase a MacBookPro in November 2012. Wanting to take advantage of this offer I tried in January to purchase another but it was limited to one per customer.
Unfortunately I now have two debits going off my account and two devices registered. FNB call centre has not been helpful.
