Costing us money and giving false hope

I would like to start by saing i am very unhappy woth the company and the way they do bussiness.
I have n renault megane 1.9dci. The damper pully on my car fail and caused damage to some other parts.
The car is currently at the repair agent. The total cost of the damage the failed pully caused is more than
R9000 and motorite only covers R1500 of that cost. The worst part is tha the pulle on its own os more than
the cove they provide. We as consumer cannot let them do this to us. I payed a lot of money for the supposed cove they give. I think we might be better of putting that money in a saving account.

What is the point of taking out cover for your car when they always have 100 reason as to why not they cannot
Cover the damage! I invested in the cover to help in cases like this not give me false hope and the let me down.
