My insured cellphone and household goods was on the 25th of December. It took 3 days to get through to discovery. Have to wait for 10min at a time just to get through. They say they will call back but they never do. I only heard from the assesor some time in January. It is discovery's policy to pay out a cellphone (seperate insurance) within 24 to 48 hours, it now has been almost been a month and nobody has gotten back to me except for the initial conversation with Lerato and Haley (Assesor). I have now decided to buy the Samsung S3 that i originally had as I cant be without a phone for a month. I have also heard nothing about my household content that was. I am about to go and see my attorney to get Discovery tell me where in the process they are and when they are going to pay out. I phoned them again this morning, now there excuse is that their system is down, every time I phone they are passing the buck. It is the worst service that I have ever recieved in my life and it is a real concern that they are so bad because they are an insurance company. Such bad insurance companies should be shut down.
