Motorite Administrators
They keep giving me reasons not to cover repairs

I initially claimed for the clutch kit as it was diagnosed by the repair center at Randburg and they said the have to send through an assessor to take a look at the damage. According to the repair center, I will have to pay R1400 if Motorite doesn't pay.

Now its in for service at VW and I have requested them to do the clutch and Motorite does't want to do it or anything else for that matter. I have been paying for this policy for long and they have never done anything for me. Please help.
