I went to Absa to have my internet banking restored. I was at the specific branch at just past 13h00. It was in my lunch time, and I only have lunch for 45 minutes. When I got to enquiries there was only one person helping a line of more than 20 people. After 15 minutes the other people came back to their stations in drips and drabs and were also talking so much and doing their work at their own pace. I know everyone has to have lunch, but the bank knows it is end of the month and they know most people will come between 13h00 and 14h00. I had to leave due to the fact that I had to get back to work, and my internet banking was still not restored. When I left there was still approximately 11 people in front of me, for a time frame of 30 minutes, and 3 tellers?! This is pathetic service for a bank. Please feel free to contact me. Anouschka
