7 DAYS TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT

I phoned FNB on wednesday and asked them to close the Temporary loan account linked to my Cheque account, the guy then told me that i will receive a letter stating that the account is closed within 24 - 48 hours, because that is the turn around time!!! Then i called them again today, just to here sorry mam but we cant send you the letter, because it takes 5 - 7 days to close an account that i didnt even ask for!!! THIS IS Ridiculous... SO MAD!
