Can't get authorisation

On 23 May i called LC to make sure that all was well with my car service policy and was told that the policy is active and loaded. i then took my car to VW on 27 May. The service advisor called me to tell me that they can't work on the car because he can't get authorization, he said he was on hold for over 1 hour. i took it upon myself to call LQ. called the auth department number and was put on hold for over 45 minutes and when calling ther call centre I was sent from pillar to post until i was given a different number which was also not answered. I'm very frustrated as my car is now overdue for service and that i have been paying Liquid Capital every month since last yea
