Good day,
on the 22nd March I took up a service plan with Liquid Capital, I was then advised I should make payment for the past 4 months to have my car covered for 30 000km sevice. I sent through my proof of payment still on the 22nd and the Sales person Anthony Boshielo acknowledged receipt thereof. On the 25th March I called in to check if my my policy was activated, Anthony told me payment was not refectling, which is rather strange as I paid via FNB, same bank as Liquid Capital. Anyway my car had to miss it service. I followed up again, and asked which procedure to follow when I need to take my car for service, I asked for an authorization number. I was then told that I need'nt worry, as Lindsay Saker will call them for the authorization number.
I took my car in to Lindsay Saker today, 2nd April, hoping all is sorted. at 12 I got a call from Lindays Saker saying Liquid Capital would not authorize the service as i have'nt made payment. I have called liquid capital, i find no joy in the service. All I get is empty promises an no way forward. I must say this is the worst service EVER!!! they are so quick to sign you up, yet cant deliver their promises.
