HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Hi, my mom has has an issue with you guys she had an accident about 2 weeks back and took her car to a dealer, she's been getting problems with the insurance paying it out. She dealt with a guy named Sheldon and every time she calls he's never available or never gets back to her. The call center ladies are rude and and practically the whole customer service is horrible, no one is hardly available in the claims department. I have never in my life had my mom complain so much about your bad service and I still don't understand what the hold up is with you paying out what she needs fixed. Month end you are quick to debit out money but when we need the money that we have invested to get things done it's a huge hassle!!! I am very, very disappointed, I told her to move to another insurance once this gets resolved...
