NONE ISSUE OF TITLE DEED

On saturday, 25 May 2013 i went to the Nedback branch in centurion, lifestyle to enquire about the account received for outstanding amount owed to Nedback. To my surprise i had to settle an amount of R349.64 prior to requesting (for the second time) closure of bond account. After paying off the bond, I have on several occasions followed up on the title deed the proceess has been unsuccessful to date.

The first bond closure request was done in 2007, clearly to date no-one has done anything about my application, and this resulted in paying an additional amout. I feel that it is either the incompetency of the staff that failed to advise on the process to be followed or the bank is deliberately doing this to milk money from their clients. What a shame.
