PATHETIC WAITING TIME!!

I have basically wasted R30 airtime. I wanted an update on my provident fund pay out, I phoned alexander forbes, got through to reception and she transferred me to the call cantre. I was waiting on the line for a consultant to assist me, but it turns out i was waited out all my airtime. This is so frustrating, how on earth can you wait that long just to be helped??? This is pathetic, ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY PAYOUT???
