3 Calls a day for R792

I have been receiving THREE calls a day for 2 weeks regarding my homeloan, which has been short-paid by R792!!!

Not only are the collections department call centre agents extremely rude, they are aggressive, condescending and feel that they have the right to raise their voices at me.

I resolved this matter with homeloans yesterday and agreed to pay this amount off in full on 15 June 2013 - apparently the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!

I want the harassment to stop IMMEDIATELY! The arrear amount is 42% of an installment!!!
