NO support for support department!

My salary is being garnished for a loan I took some time ago. It has now reached the point where the total amount deducted so far has EXCEEDED the garnish order. I have made SEVERAL attempts to get hold of anyone to give me a statement of account and to get a letter so that I can stop the deduction by my HR department. I phone support, they says they'll get back to me, then I get email saying I must phone them - ridiculous! You now owe ME money! Please send statement of account and paid up letter.
