Regarding the nature of this complaint, I can not give a detailed description. Overall, Standard Bank has not provided me with any service since my request 5 days ago. I went into the bank on Saturday to clear this up, when I left there I obviously thought this was sorted out. My matter is quit urgent therefor this is a dreadful situation for me. Please this is not the first time this has happened to me. Please improve your service urgently!
