I am beyond disgusted with the service old mutual provides .i went inside a branch yesterday and was told that because one person was working I should go to the one on the other side. They are bigger and would be able to assist me promptly. Well I did that this afternoon and needless to say that the bigger branch is worse than the other. I got there and there was only one consultant so after 35 minutes of waiting (my lunch hour).so I decided to leave and go to the other one ..low and behold it turns out that their consultant is currently at the main branch (which is where I just came from) all because they don't have any consultants today ..so that means I will now have to go back there tomorrow ..What kind of company is this?? I ask this because just last month I was also struggling to get any service from them... oh and your client service e-mail is useless cause once they give you a reference than its finished nobody get back to you... I really wonder how many customers put up with this (can anybody e-mail me) do not call I do not have my phone on me
