Insurance claim that has taken more than two weeks

Hi put in a claim on the 9th May 2013 for a hijacked vehicle, after follow ups from myself personally no returned phone calls and unanswered emails. My claim is still not finalised.

I am just wondering if I did not have another car I would have had to resort to public transport.
