I was in arrears with my account..paid it to date as i was threatened that my car was going to be collected... i requested for further assistance and the collections department didn't get back to me, i was shoved from pillar to post until i managed to speak to a gentleman that deals with my account... in a months space i kept making phone calls and speaking to Nesan @globeryt and then Sean Kelly from MfC ..i requested for assistance sent an email and still nothing to my surprise my account gets debit as i was told by Sean he will get back to me soonest..the excuse i get is that the system is offline and will get a call back... NOTHING!! SO HERE IS A QUESTION I M LIAISING WITH U GUYS ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND NOBODY CAN ASSIST ME IN THIS REGARD BUT YOU QUICK TO THREATEN TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE WHEN ITS NOT PAID!!! it seems nobody knows what they doing here honestly to even get back to me after making several calls before the debit order comes off... of which i need to pay for these charges... this is what i have been trying to avoid hence i requested for assistance... i was also told to drive to the head office to sort this out do we have technology for???
