Bad service and an even worse attitude

A driver who was intoxicated drove into my car which was parked directly opposite my house and like any loyal, good paying Mi-Way insured customer I called Mi-way for service, my claim was handled by a claims consultant called Katlego Sibanyoni, this guy gave me the run around, making sure who could dig up whatever little information he could find in order to avoid having to fix my vehicle, after 15 days, of having to protect myself against his silly allegations, one of which was he claimed they couldn't find any proof of my insurance history with other previous companies and after i asked him to re-call the recordings they do when speaking to a client, he then after a couple of days got back to me, to tell me they made a mistake and that they will fix it, at this time i was already without a car-hire, which they only gave me for 10 days (that was never explained to me, i had thought i would get the car for 30 days or for as long as my car was being repaired). i had to use public transport for 3 weeks and all i got was " sorry Mr Lamani, we made a mistake", they refused to even extend the car hire to make up for their "mistake" and after that my premium was increased
