First National Bank
FNB mistakenly marked me as deceased

Business & Finance

About two weeks ago someone at FNB Card Division marked me as deceased, the net result being that my Discovery Credit Card was cancelled and the balance was transferred to the FNB legal department. It was distressing enough to receive an email with ESTATE LATE MY NAME in the title, because in the past year I have had to deal with both my sister and my mother's estates, but in addition after repeated promises I have still not received a replacement card and am now very frustrated and angry. Aside from making a light-hearted comment on Facebook I have not yet taken this issue further but if the card is not replaced within the next few days I will be using all avenues available to express my dissatisfaction with FNB and Discovery for the distress they have caused me by this action
