Good day

On the 08/05/2013 i Sent a mail to [Email Removed], advising them i am un-able to redeem cash from Cash send. Cash send still reflects in acc but when I try to reverse the request it says the following"CANNOT CANCEL REDMPTION -INVALID STATUS, however I can change the Access code and when I select resend number it gives the option. I keep getting responses they are dealing with it, once i got asked for my ID number and i responded i do not feel comfortable sending my details they must call still nothing. I have called the call centre still they couldnt assist me. I even went into Lenasia branch @ cnr Gemsbok and rose avenue and they couldnt assist, they tried to call support but were on hold for a while

Please assist as this has been a whole month now... I even went back to branch on Monday consultant referred me again to Support i advised him i am still waiting for response, all he could was call which will be another waist of time
