DOWNGRADED FROM LEVEL 5 TO LEVEL 1

I've been on level 5 FNB eBucks getting maximum benefits.
"FNB recommends" I click on "Private Banking" and two or three clicks later I have a private banking account.

The problem is that now I am on level 1 eBucks and lost about 20, 000 eBucks earnings last month. How the can they take me from level 5 to level 1 and I have now BEING TRYING to cancel my Private Bank account.

What a MESS.
