Disappointed by poor service

I logged a query regarding my low DQ points at the beginning of May. I received a response to say that my score was so low because there were 15 instances of weekend night driving between Feb and April. I queried this because I don't believe that there were that many instances - there's only one that I can see on the report I pulled from the DQ Mapper website. After many e-mails requesting proof, I finally received a very basic report that included dates when I wasn't even in the country! Seriously, how is this possible? I queried this yet again but I am still waiting for feedback. I am now tired of nagging for an answer and am very frustrated at the lack of service from Discovery Insure. It's taken almost 4 weeks and I am still at square one.
