Unacceptable withdrawal of my money

I ntuli SH declare that they withdrawn my money from my account without my permission while the card was wit me .( 2 X R1500 on the 27/11/12 an 2 XR1500 on the 28/11/12) I reported this issue to the nearest branch and police station, affidavity was done I took it back 2 the bank and they promised to refund me back within six to eight weeks after the incident, up until today i have not got any, so i am confused and stressed.

Kindly help me in this situation.
