I am shocked to find out that Standard Bank do not care that there are transactions on my account. Their answer to my complaint is - "complete a form and we'll see what we can do". I have complained to them three times. Every month they have a different solution. This money has been deducted from my account for the last three months. I still have no refund, and every month the charge comes through again. What do you have to do to get a problem resolved with your bank? Why do we pay bank charges when they don't care
