Can someone with minimun intelligence please look at case 33733161 - 01941520001 and tell me... Why is this query still open after so long, why is Audrey Sebuelo playing mediator between her colleagues, why am i being cc'd on internal emais where the only person that seems to care (Audrey) is being told IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL CUSTOMERS, why ami being given ENDLESS forms to fill, why is my EMPTY bank account still being debited (of course with reversal bank charges) and why am i still being frustrated ENDLESSLY by your inifficcient processes or frankyly WHY IS MY REQUEST BEING IGNORED AND MARRED IN RED TAPE with absolutely NO FEEDBACK, and why has this query not been escalated since no one else seems to know what i want nor how to give it to me??

Please go through the THOUSAND e-mail correspondence on this query.

Lastly, can somone please tell me why i should continue being a loyal cusomer?
