Worst Kind of Service and reaction!

Dear Standard Bank,

I am apalled at the service you offer to a lifelong client. You offered me an upgrade on my cheque account which I qualified for years ago but was so scared that the transition would be botched that I always pushed it out. In April, a lady from Standard Bank offered me this product, assuring me all debits would be switched. However, I have already received sms notification that my account is unpaid and I have medical aid and other services that will be impacted, and I need this rectified. After calling the call centre, the respondent named Ernest told me to go the branch which then infuriated me. He finally escalated my call. Now another lady left a voicemail (Kamini) as I am in meetings that she will investigate. Investigate what???
Please rectify immediately and give me a plan of action. Investifgation is for your poor internal systems. I ma discusted. Now my credit rating will drop to zero and I intend on applying for a home loan which i worked so hard for to keep clean record for. This is unacceptable. I am going to ensure this does not happen to any other client as this is not acceptable banking policy!
