A WOW Experience!!

After receiving little and terrible service from the nedbank branch in Mt Edgecombe, i had gone in to the Nedbank in the Phoenix plaza where i had recieved excellent service from Sachin. My account had been restricted and i urgently needed to withdraw money, sachin assisted me to unblock the hold that was on my account as my details were already verified on 24/05/2013 and within 24 hours (well less than that) i had access to my cash. He still offered me further assistance by increasing my Daily limit. I just want to say thank you Sachin for making things happen in a friendly and efficient way!!! well done and keep up the great service!!
