Over charged for a shortfall of few cents

When i had received my late statements i found our that i was charged close to R 70 for paying just a few cents less on the due date, i had called the contatc cnetre on Saturday the 25 May and the lady who i had spoke to gave me such attitude and she sounded like a tape recorder, this is a lack off service and i am utterly disgusted
