Easypay
There is nothing easy about easy pay

I have spent the entire morning trying to pay a traffic fine on easypay and have still not succeded. Firstly the system is asking me to "please wait we are processing yoir request" or tells me "we are unable to connect to the server. I tried calling Easypay to be told there is no problem with the server today, so I am assuming this is an ongoing problem. After I eventually registered, I attempted to pay my fine, I clicked pay fine added all the requested info to be told that the outstanding amount is R0.00, I once again phoned easy Pay who told me I need to phone the traffic department to find out why the amount does not reflects, I was told that perhaps my fine had been squashed or reduced, I then called the traffic department who were far more helpful than easypay, they advised that I needed to select pay account, not pay fines. Which makes absolutely no sence as I am trying to pay a fine not an account!! So I went back into the system for about the 10th time today, selected pay account and once again retyped all the info the requested, The system once again asked me to "please wait we are processing yoir request" Which I did, only to be returned to the home screen.
