Shocking lack of interest and poor service

My motor vehicle was struck by an out of control vehicle on 25 January 2013.

Now over 4 months later I still do not have my vehicle back from the panel beaters.

I have to call Budget Insurance for updates and all I ever get is either "they are waiting for parts" or "your car is at the panel beaters". I already know this, having been told the same thing repeatedly for the past 4 months.

Nobody is prepared to find out for me when I might actually get my car back, or where the parts are.

I have logged numerous calls to Budget and even have email communication assuring me that management will resolve this issue and provide me feedback.

But absolutely nothing gets done.

It is impossible to actually speak to one of these "managers" as tele-staff are not permitted to give out managers' information or contact details.

4 months to to do nothing on my car and provide me zero feedback - surely this cannot be considered normal or acceptable?
