Disappointed in FNB

Hello Peter, I never thought one day I would complain about FNB as they have always provided good service to me. At the beginning of April 2013 I used their eBucks Travel service to book a car hire (with Avis), my ref was 29387957ZA4, I paid in advance. I took the car at CT Avis on 05 April & I returned it on 07 April, Avis made me pay R895.91, their ref is 915749225. Avis says they did not get the booking voucher from eBucks Travel, that is why they deducted this money from my credit card. I have tried in vain to get eBucks Travel to refund me my money since I had to pay for the car hire from my credit card. On 26 April I spoke with Vusi Maseko from eBucks Travel & he's never called me since then. I sent emails to the FNB Guy (RB Jacobs) but I still don't have my money back.
