Hi i took out an service plan for 36 months when i bought my car in 2008 and the monthly payments were included in my monthly car installment. After two years are extended the service plan to cover more services, i was charged an additional fee which was deducted directly in my bank account. Now the 36 months have passed and i realised that the car installment is still deducting money for the third party insurer which is innovation group and i tried to call for an explanation but did not get help.
