Hello,

I sent a mail to the general contact center and got a prompt response in which I was copied and mail sent to the cheque accounts department,

I have a limit of R1500 to withdraw @ a teller per day, however, on the 29th of April, there was a total of R2700 withdrawn out of my account of which I drew R1200.

My question to you is what happened to my R1500?

A prompt response would be appreciated as this is almost a month ago that I queried this with you.
