Cartrack has the following under it's heading for customers: The Customer Care call centre prides itself on providing prompt and efficient service with well-informed staff who are able to answer any question you may have. The customer service levels include handling general enquiries and actioning requests for contracts and documentation timeously.
I have no idea how they can pride themselves as their service is disgusting to say the least. On the 29th May our company tried 5 times to reach the Accounts Department, 4 times the voice mail said unavailable, once the voice mail said the box is full. We then sent an e-mail. It is now 12 days later, not one response to the 5 phone calls and no acknowledgement of our email communication. So what service are Cartrack proud of exactly when I cannot get Invoices for the months of April and May and now June seeing as we are in a new month!
