R350 Debited from my ACCOUNT FOR SERVICE NOT

On the 2nd may of did a goofle search for a loan,

LOW AND BEHOLD LOANFINDER SA WAS THE FIRST COMPANY .

I went through the site and DID A REQUEST, I REPEAT A REQUEST FOR A LOAN .
after entering all the details I received a email saying they would come back to me.
A few days later I received a email saying I didn't qualify for the intial loan amount I Wanted but qualified for a smaller amount. I turned DOWN THE LOAN .
what they don't tell you in that in the terms and conditions they sell some STUPID 3 in package where they do a credit check and data report.
SO on the 25 of MAY I was surprised to R350 taken off my account and when I called them they said well I selected the 3 in package online which is a online mandate.

NOW WHERE DID I EVER ASK THEM TO DO A CREDIT REPORT, NO WHERE DID I SAY MOVE FORWARD WITH A LOAN,

THIS IS A I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY R350 debits they have with this rubbish

RATHER AVOID LOANFINDER SA, ALL THE STUPID OPTIONS THEY OFFER YOU GET FOR FREE FROM YOUR BANK

LOAN FINDER SA < I WISH I COULD GO FIND THEM .

KEEP R350 YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STUPID STAFF THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING.
