My husband has an RCS account, which long story short, I personally paid up in the recent months. I was unaware that my internet banking had a fault with this benifetiary. So according to us it was paid up. I recieved a call regarding the account. I told them that it was friday afternoon and i was not at work and could not check on my banking regarding the specifics of the payment. And asked them to call me back during the week. I waited a good 2 weeks before my call was returned.

I then spoke to a guy and asked him if i could get in touch with the accounts department and take it further untill the payment was rectified. Then within a few days my husban has been handed over. Then the atternies that we were handed over to, charge outragise amounts for making calls to incorrect numbers and still charge even if the calls are not answered!!! DISGUSTING
