JM Call Centre Cant do their Work

Last month I got a sms from JM saying that a cell c account of mine is handed over and I owe them R500 Rand. I phoned the call centre for the banking details. The call centre agent refused to give it to me and said I can only pay by debit order. After a huge struggle she said she will sms me the details. A week went by where I still did not recieve any banking details and When I tried calling and holding for aagent after 65 minutes I dropped the line. After a few days a agent called me on the 12th, very Arrogant and threatening me If I dont pay Im going to get into so much trouble. I asked her im still waiting for the banking details she also said I must sign a debit order, After whick I told her I want to settle. She them said the sms was wrong I owe over R1500 cause they did not charge interest. 7 days interest over 7 days almost R1000??? I paid R200 on the 12th and Yesterday I got a sms saying I owe R188 and today someone called me at work and asked theres my promised payment??? I have emailed and faxed my proof but for some reason YOu never get my payment! Jm Threat People so bad. Why must I pay R1000 interest If I asked for a settlement?? And PLEASE dont call my work phone!
