I would think that opening on sundays would be a start. Was dissappointed this weekend when i went to the shopping centre thinking that FNB would be opened on a Sunday cos I recall STD and Nedbank advertising about them being opened on sundays and thinking that FNB is a market leader so they would naturally also be opened on Sundays. Only to go there to see that they dont. Today i realised how much i am worth to them as i have applied for a home loan and to date all the other banks have offered me loans closer to the amout that i want. Being a platinum, (for that any card holder), card holder one would think that their bank would go out of their way to keep the customer happy but it does nt seem to be. Why would i want to bank with one that does care for you... i will be moving all accounts... thanks for nothing FNB
