INCORRECT BILLING

I am very unhappy with MFC, I spoke to the consultant mid April requesting a cancellation of the cover, but to my surprise it still went through, I need this amount to be refunded as I have made it clear that I do not want the cover.

my instalment is suppose to be R3578.05 not R3712.99 that I was charged
