Incorrect monthly installment

I was given a monthly instalment to pay by my credit (above) but the instalment that is being withdrawn from my bank account is above the agreed amount.

Several emails have been sent but no agent contacted me up to now. I tried calling the customer care but i've been put on hold for a long time without assistance.
