Top up cover not payd out since 15/05/2011

I recently found out I was still paying a top up cover for over 2 year!!! when I wrote off my car there was no top up Cover claim paid out. I enquire about it and it was send to Veronicaon the 16 of may.
up till now I have not received anything from her. I don't know who I s the correct person to speak to this about so I hope this will find the right person or I will be forced to go to the attorneys or consumer complaints board.
since 15/05/2011 I am paying for this car which should have been settled with the top up cover.
The car was finance through Nedbank and MFC.
Please can somebody assist me?
