Outsurance
False advertising???

Last week I called for a quote on insurance. Outsurance quoted R1082 whereas my current insurance is just over R400 therefore could not beat my quote. As per their site they will pay R400. WELL to date we have spoken to over 4 different people and have made 6 different calls each time being told we will get a repsonse soon... NOTHING! Makes one wonder if you actually ever get your R400. The response time has been shocking and the nonchalant attitude of the call centre agents even more concerning!
