Still waiting after 4 years for prov fund

After 4 years a consultant contacted me regarding my payout. Again all info was faxed through
and was assured that payment will be 6-8 weeks, after phoning and emailing back and forth, i was told on Friday 24th May, by Simon Marais, financial Planner, that he is unaware of this situasion. After emailing him personally and complaining. This is not service delivery, this is a joke. What i would like to know is what about
the interest for 4 years? Hope to hear from somebody very soon
