ISSUENCE OF NEW CARD THAT I DID NT RECEIVE

I complained here last week about my battle to access their internet banking and failure to transact on their debit card. I went to another branch ie Central Avenue and the problem of internet banking was addressed. Later on in the afternoon of the same day I received a phone call from manager of Wolf Street Kempton Park apologising of their failure to address my compalin and invited me to their and offered to replace my debit card for free and that should enable me to carry various transactions. I indicated to him that I am not sure when will I get time to visit their branch as I m quite very busy. Now is friday and I m trying to pay my staff and there is not even a single benefiaciary. I phoned their internet banking line and I had to hold for well over 10 minutes before I could speak to their consultant who indicated that I have been issued a new card and that is the reason for not having a single beneficiary. How can they do that? I have never authorised any one to cancel my card and I was never issued that card and now I will be away and I do nt know what I m gonna do about paying my staff. Ver very bad service
