Loan refund is it because it's a small town?

FNB how can we help you is a huge joke!! I have never seen such appalling customer service in my life. My mother took out a loan with FNB and paid it off on the 11th of January 2013, however a debit went off in February, March and April and at numerous times my mother approached the Malelane branch where she had initially taken the loan and firstly dealt with a Shuman who later was never available to sort out the query. The classic really came when she dealt with WONDER who asked her for her details and docs yet again and then responded "They can see the error and a refund will be processed but he just doesn't know when and cannot confirm! (Really? Do you not have turn around times or is that what you train staff to tell clients to buy yourselves time to continue defrauding their accounts?), Oh how could I forget the so called manager Anna who cannot assist for jack and yet she is branch manager (Disgusting). At the beginning of May a refund for one month was sent back to her account and when she went into the branch yet again to enquire she was informed she would not get another refund as the system only shows a debit from April but her statement says otherwise, do FNB systems delete?
