I opened a cheque account almost 2 months ago, i have received my card, i have been to the bank to find out what is taking so long to switch my debit orders and the answer i got was" in progress". I have also called the call centre and they said that nothing has been done from day one on this and they will sort it out quickly. But i still have not heard a thing 4 days later.
