This morning about fifteen minutes ago, I called the branch, on behalf of my colleague who has a claim at Metropolitan that has been long outstanding. the receptionist put me through to a lady by the name of Bulelwa Mdludlu, who asked me my name and I told her and she asked if I was the person claiming and I told her Im phoning on behalf of someone, then she asked the name of the person who helped her the last time she came to Metropolitan, and I told her she doesnt know, then Bulelwa told me she cannot help me, she cant go to the system because she has someone in front of her, and the person who helped her the last time will call her, meanwhile this same person had said she must call today. when I asked Bulelwa if she cant just go into the system just to check the progress, she told me she cant, and that was it. we must wait for a call from the consultant that helped her the last time, the same person who had said she must phone.
