No credit for me after incorrect debit

I emailed the so called manager (Martha Puleng Bambo) regarding a debit of R776.93 instead of R296, with the difference being R480. She tells me to send her statements that showing the debit, which i will not send any statements since Miway initially debited the incorrect amount without making me aware of the debit.

She easily wrote back and told me she was doing me a favour by refunding the debit. Then she has the nerve to tell me "otherwise the process would still be that we credit the refund to the next premium".

This is your process, not mine... i want my R480 back today... if not, cancel and send me an email stating the cancellation of my services with your company and whilst you're at it, refund all the debits for May. i find another insurence company.

This is the utmost worst service I've ever had... not to mention from a Manager. This manager should well understand why she sitting in the call centre as a manager. I pay every little cent of your salary Puleng.

I'm not asking but i want my refund or cancellation or services from you today... later than today and i mean today.
