FALSE APPROVALS

Hi, i was approved on the cellphone for a loan of R25000-00 and a creditcard with limit of R9500-00, went to the branch did the paperwork and was told by manager and consultant i am approved and will get my money soon, after they made a mistake with issuing my creditcard they said a new one will be issued together with the loan. After this approval statement from branch i made commitments for the above mentioned funds, after a long struggle they told me my deals has been declined?

how can that be after they told me its approved? i asked them and they just pull their shoulders up for me?

i contacted their headoffice they had 20 days to investigate, and also told me ive been declined for arrears accounts on my name, how can that be if i was told already i am approved and signed the documents?

headoffice just also ignores the fact that i was told that i am approved.
