I AM WRITTING THIS ON BEHALF ON MY FATHER WHO HAS RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT THE PAYOUT WAS FOR THE FIRST OF MAY 2013 -TO DATE HE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING OR HEARD A WORK FROM ANYONE FROM YOUR COMPANY.

HE HAS FAXED ALL DOCUMENTATION THAT WAS REQUESTED AND HAS MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO YOUR COMAPANY TO NO AVAIL.THIS IS NOW BEGINNING TO COST HIM - THE CALLS AND THE FAXING FROM HIS OWN POCKET - THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED AT THE INCEPTION OF THE POLICY - HE FAILS TO UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE GIVING HIM THE RUN AROUND AND WISHES TO DISCONTINUE THE POLICY AFTER SUCH APPAULING SERVICE HE'S RECEIVED.

HE WANTS A CALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - NOT NOTIFYING OF THE DELAY BUT WHEN THE FUNDS WILL BE TRANFREED INTO HIS ACCONT. HE HAD TO CANCEL A TRIP BECAUSE OF THIS -AND IM VERY SURE YOU WONT WANT TO COVER ANY COSTS THAT HE HAD INCURRED.
